Redirect Host Printer?

Is it possible to redirect the host computer printer to my local machine? I
would like to be able to print a document off my local machine to the host
(remote) printer in a remote desktop session.
 
No - you can't do this with just an RDP connection.

You could use file transfer facilities to move the doc to the host and then
print to the host printer.

Alternatively, if you had a VPN connection through which you were running
the RDP session, you should then be able to install and use the printer on
the host network if it is shared to the network.
