Red Xs in square box

My neighbor and myself are both having the same problem.
On some of our e-mails we reicieve there is no picture
just a small square with a red x inside. The wording is
all there but I beleive there is a Jpeg or some other
thing missing. Anyone know how to fix this?

is the sender including jpeg info in email

Not sure just assumed it was a pic or something. Here
again it only happens on some of the e-mail I recive. The
wording is all there but there is small boxes with red xs
located next to the words every so often or maybe just
once in the main letter head. Maybe it the way the person
is sending the message but I can't understand why my
neigbor has the same problem?

Now I am probably really getting you confused sorry

It certainly sounds as though the problem is caused by pictures failing to
display. What email client do you use? If it's OE then I'm pretty sure it
shares some of its settings with IE. Check your Internet Options in IE and
make sure "show pictures" is checked in the Advanced tab.
If you are using some other email client check the settings to see if there
is a similar option.
