Ok Don, I do have AOL, but don't know about the accelerator prog. Lord
knows
it loads plenty of stuff though.
I have DSL so that part of it is not an issue. Vz is my ISP.

Hi,
I agree. I think there's a problem with the page. Firefox just
displayed
the
word "Surround" twice. IE7 had the red x.
The Image Accelerator software mentioned by Nass would be a download
accelerator offered by Earthlink, NetZero, AOL, and others. They
cause
images to be blurry and can cause other problems. They do speed
things
up
a
bit for those on a slow dial-up line.

Alan,
I tagged that articl for ref. None of those tips worked. The prob.
seems
ot
be w/the website. I asked someone else to try it.
They saw the same thing...

I know I have seen this occuracnce before, but can not recall the
fix.
Lately I see a red 'x' where an icon or picture would normally be
on
some
web sites. Example on todays Verizon w/MSN.com home page
(verizon.msn.com)
there is an ad on the right that has no picture at all and below
is
a
section called Surround. The 'Surround' bix is mared w/the red
'x'
in
the
corner.
What do I need to check or change to correct this? TIA...
