I have recurring problem...when I try to open links like
reviewing a current bill or some supplier sites I only get
a little red X in the square at top left....why and how or
what do I need to do to fix this?

If you right-click the 'x' and select "show picture" does it show?
If so, you probably have turned off "view images" in the browser. Just
turn it back on. Sometimes the website is at fault, and the links to the
images are broken.

Hi Donna - Go to Start|Run and enter "regsvr32 urlmon.dll" (without the
quotes). After you get a Success message, re-boot. If that doesn't work,
then check out the following article and do the additional steps outlined
there:

Do the following when you get to this page:

1. From the Select a Microsoft Product list, choose -All
Microsoft
Products-.

2. From the Search For& list, enter document number
283807.

3. Under Search Type, put a dot in front of Article ID.

4. To locate the document, click the green button to the
left of Go.

5. To view the document, click the document title which
appears under
Search Results.
I also had to do some work with Norton, nock on wood my
problem seems to be gone.
Good luck Al
