Red X boxes

I am having trouble getting the images to show up in my
Internet Explorer. I an running IE6 SP1 on Windows 98.

I'm sorry if the answer to my question is already out
there. I went back to review early questions and tried
everthing there. It didn't fix my problem.

Please help
