Not able to fix red eye problems on digital pictures after
down load to picture and fax viewer.

You need a digital image editing program, the
Windows XP Picture and Fax Viewer does not
serve that function.

Check the bundled software that came with your
computer...and also check the install disks for
your Printer, Scanner, Digital Camera. You may
have an image editor already installed.
