Recyle Bin

My system became unstable and I have lost my Recycle
Icon. How do I find it and restore it? I don't want to go
to Restore Sys, if possible. I am afraid I may reload so
bad files

Open Windows Explorer and in the folder tree on the right
at the bottom is "Recycle bin" right click on it and hit
create shortcut it will tell you that it has sent it to
the desktop, go to the top of the tree and open desktop
and rename the shortcut, take off the "Shortcut" bit.

If you have "System Restore" enabled, you can restore you computer to a
period before the problem occured. System Restore will not delete you
personal files. Access System Restore by navigating to START --> ALL
PROGRAMS --> ACCESSORIES --> SYSTEM TOOLS --> SYSTEM RESTORE. Follow the
System Restore wizard.
