recycle bin

I went to empty my recycle bin and noticed I no longer
have a recycle icon on my computer. Where could it have
gone? I let my grandchildren use my computer and am
wondering if maybe one of them deleted it. Could this be
possible and how do I go about getting it back.

Click on Kelly's link, below, and then on "R". Scroll down to the RECYCLE
BIN section.
