*HELP*..... : - )
Can someone plz tell me how to access the recycle bin?
There is not a shortcut on my desktop and I would like to
create one so I can access the recycle bin. Thank you for
your time and cooperation in this matter.

Best Regards

Try the search or Find for folders etc of the start menu.
Then once you have found it drag it or copy it to desktop.

Hi,

Start Windows Explorer: Start>All Programs>Accessories>Windows Explorer.
In the folders pane, go to the bottom of the list. You should see the
Recycle Bin icon. Drag the icon to the desktop and rename it to the
normal "Recycle Bin" name.

Patty:
Right click your desktop, chose properties, chose the desktop tab, click on
advanced, there is a option to show recycle bin on desktop. Check it. Click
apply, ok. There it is, Or should be :o)

Not that I can find. The options for showing icons are for "My Computer",
"My Network Places", "My Documents", and "Internet Explorer". It is assumed
that Wastebasket always appears. The options you are pointing out seem
merely to define the appearance of the full and empty wastebasket, not
whether or not it even appears.

Hi Patty,

Click "Start" then "Search" and type "recycle"...you
should then see files ending in "html" which are usually
readme or help files that will tell you how to empty the
recycle bin and hopefully where you can find it. I would
guess that there will be a link to the recycle bin
somewhere with in the readme or help files.
