Recycle Bin

Here's probably the dumbest question. I cannot find my
recycle bin to empty it! It's not on my desktop. Where
the heck is it? Once I find it, will I be able to create
a shortcut in the normal way and get it out onto my
desktop? I'd appreciate your help. Thanks, tobey

Right-click on your Desktop and select:
Properties > Desktop > Customize Desktop > Restore Default
