Recycle Bin

I try to delete the recycle bin when there is nothing there but yet it says
there are 16 files but i see none and when it trys to delete i end up with a
Cannot delete file error.Any help would be great.

Hello,

You could try in Safe Mode

or ...

Delete the Recycle Bin - NTFS system

Go to Start => Run and type in "cmd" {without the quotes}
In the command window that opens, type in:
rd /s c:\recycler {there is a space before and after /s}
where C:\is the drive that has the problem Recycle Bin.
Restart. The Recycle Bin will be recreated.
