Recycle bin

I have lost the recycle bin icon for my desktop. I have tried all the
solutions provided in the MS KB to no avail. I have tried Kelly's solution
and all the others listed in Google but still no recycle icon for the
desktop. It is not in the unused icons section. What else can I attempt to
get it back?
