recycle bin

I need help. I mistakenly deleated some pictures to my recycle bin and
now want to get them back. Problem is , I can't find the recycle bin.
It's not on my desktop. Where can I go to find it? Thanks.

Open up an Explorer window and you should see Recycle Bin near the
bottom of the left-hand pane. (If you have only one pane, click the
Folders button at the top.)
 
Right-click on your Desktop and select:
Properties > Desktop > Customize Desktop
and restore your Recycle Bin icon.

Visit http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm and scroll
down to Item #64 (right column) and click on "Repair/Replace the
Recycle Bin in Windows XP".
