I have Win XP SP 2.
I noticed that there isn't an icon on my desktop for the recycle bin.
I did a search of all files and folders and can't find the recycle bin
files or folder to add the shortcut to my desktop.
I have deleted some files lately and I am wondering where they go if
the recycle bin isn't on my computer.
