Recycle Bin size

Wondering if there is a registry hack or something I can do to make the
Recycle Bin take an absolute value (or percentage between 0 and 1%). Problem
I'm having is that my drive is 160gb so even at 1% it is reserving 1.6gb
which is way, way more than I need (and yes, I do need to squeeze out
another gig of storage). But I also don't want to cripple the Recycle Bin
entirely, I'd like a small buffer space for documents.

The data is stored in the Percent ValueName, a REG_DWORD data type, at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\BitBucket
