Recycle Bin Restore

Hello, Cannot see the deleted items in the recycle bin to
restore something I accidently deleted. Folder has no
ownership option in properties so the MS article which
address this problem is useless. Any help is

Possibly the file was to big to fit into the recycle bin or the properties
are configured to delete files right away. Files deleted over a network
share will also not go into the recycle bin. There are third party tools
that can try to recover deleted files with one in the link below. --- Steve
