Hi
Matthew is exactly right here, each user does have their own recycle bin
under the recycler folder with a unique SID. However if this is causing you
problems, you can remove the recycle bin completely by first disabling it,
then removing the icon.
To Disable:
Click the right mouse button on the bin, then Properties and check the box
which says "Do not move files......."
To Remove the Icon:
In the registry, delete the sub key HKLM \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \
CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ Desktop \ NameSpace \
{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
