RECYCLE BIN PROBLEMS

I purchased a new Sony computer not long ago and it does
not show a Recycle Bin. I went to download some video
and it told me that my hard drive was almost full. So, I
thought maybe I needed to empty my recycle bin but I
can't find one!! I do find a Norton Protected Recycle
Bin when going into Windows Explorer. I called Sony and
they told me that it was a Norton problem. I contacted
Norton (via E-mail) and it will take 3-4 days for a
response!! So, I am asking for help here.

I believe you can get to the Norton Recycle Bin properties (and empty
it) from within the System Works program. You can also disable the
Norton Recycle Bin from SW options. I don't have the program installed
so can't give you exact directions, but I'm sure you can figure it out.
