recycle bin is missing

i just noticed today that i have no recycle bin. it,s
gone, vammoosed, amscrade, disappeared, MIA, history! I
can't find it anywhere. Please help
 
Eeek, have you been running tweak UI or any othe 3rd party software to
modify/enhance winodws? These can often hide teh recycling bin. Can you
still access the recycling bin from Explorer & My Comupter?
