recycle bin icons

i reset the icons for the recycle bin, but they keep reverting to defaults
on boot - is there any reg hack to make the changes permanent in xp pro ?

after changing the icons
go to the theme tab
if it has (modified) in the theme box
click on save as button and save theme to file
keep this file

changes in display 'might' require saving the new theme
in file form
