Recycle bin icon

The Icon for the Recycle Bin is a DOS Generic icon vice the normal icon. I'm not sure what caused it to change, but I can't seem to change it back. How do I change it?

To change the icon right click on desktop to get to the Display
Properties. Go to the Desktop tab, and press the Customize Desktop
button. You can press Restore Default or Change Icon if you have
changed other default icons.

Under Properties - Change Icon, can you see icons in
"%SystemRoot%\SYSTEM32\shell32.dll"? There's a Recycle Bin icon in
there.
