files do not stay in recycle bin!
I have increase drives C & D to 80%...no effect.
Help/suggestions appreciated...tks
Quick questions:
- Windows XP ______ Edition with Service Pack _, __-bit?
- What antivirus solution do you utilize?
- If you have some suite handling this (*sigh*) what suite and does it
modify the recycle bin?
- What antimalware software do/have you ran in the past?
(No, McAfee and Norton are not *really* in this category for most
people.)
- Any third party firewall software installed?
- Is it one physical drive or two for C&D?
- If one, what size is the physical hard drive upon which C & D are?
- If two, what sizes are the physical hard drives upon which C & D are?
- Any other partitions/hard disk drives in the machine?
- Any reason that you posted twice in 24 minutes and in that time the length
of time things stayed in the recycle bin decreased from 1/2 an hour to 20
minutes?
- What size files are you erasing (mixture, all large, all small - and what
is *large* in your mind?)
