Recycle Bin - Deleted Items

I am unable to empty my deleted Items file. I get a message to say there is
an error!

Am using the select all and then Delete with no success

Obvious question: What EXACTLY does the message say?

And HOW are you trying to "empty my deleted Items file"? How does this
relate to the Recycle Bin?

Is this in Windows Explorer? Or in the Recycle Bin?

What happens if you right-click on the Recycle Bin on your Desktop, then
click "Empty Recycle Bin"?
