Recycle ben

I have Windows XP professional. But on my desktop screen,
there is not a recycle ben. When I look into the program
list, or on the start menu, it is listed anywhere. How
can I get it on my desktop screen?

try findin recycle bin in start menu or anywhere, right
click on it an press "show on desktop" if its there,
otherwise create shotcut, then move it to desktop.
