Recuuring appointments

Ok, next daft question.
When setting up a recurring appointment is there an easy way to specify
"the Sunday before the second Monday" Not that this is not the second
Sunday, nor necessarily the first Sunday.
Would I be better off entering this sort of appointment manually?

Either that, or try a 3rd party add-in called WS:Repeat Appointment that
allows you to choose a more customized pattern for recurring appointments.
