Recurring Spywares

The Microsoft antispyware kept on detecting spywares on
our system (i.e. - Trojan.StartUp.NameShifter.BK Trojan;
IEPlugin; Transponder.ABetterInternet.Aurora adware;
Transponder.ABetterInternet.DrPmon; and ShopAtHome
spyware).

Despite invoking the REMOVE command and thereafter
rebooting, these same spywares would reappear on
subsequent re-scanning. Why? How do I completely REMOVE
THESE SPYWARES?

HELP!!!
