Recurring Meeting

I need to set up a meeting that is 3 out of 4 mondays a month at a certain
time and then on the 4th monday at a different time, what is the easiest way
to go about this?

The easiest way is to set it up as two recurring meetings, one for the first
three and one for the fourth.
