Dave

Here is the problem I am trying to deal with;
Previously scheduled appointments that are changed by
the "Organizer" don't change for the "Invitee", even
after they've accepted the new appointment.

This problem only seems to exist with recurring
appointments. N.B. The recurring appointment symbol/icon
has a slash across it...?

Could this be a date format issue? ie. Regional Settings
for the date format are different from PC to PC.

Outlook 2000 SR1 v.9.0.0.4527
Short Date: mm/DD/yyyy
Long Date: dddd,MMMM dd, yyyy

Outlook XP SP2
Short Date: yyyy MM dd
Long Date: yyyy mmm dd

Also, we are running Exchange 2000.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Recurring meetings have a circle made from two arrows.

Open the meeting and have a look at its settings. If it looks OK, make a
new one (in the future) and check what happens.

Dear Judy,

I am having exactly the same problem. What is happening is that it is a recurring meeting and when a user tries to change one occurence of it to some other date, none of the other invitees can accept the change. They receive "This message is out of date" instead of "Accept", "Decline" or "Tentative" in the message. Does this help?

Of note, is that, with my situation, the circle formed by
the two arrows has a slash across it (kinda like a no
smoking sign)...???
