Running Exchange 2003, Office 2003
I have a user who has a series of recurring daily appoinments.. 2pm-3pm, 3pm-4pm, 4pm-5pm.
I have rights to his calendar and if I "view a shared calendar" from my Outlook I can see these 3 appointments and they show up as "Busy" time. HOWEVER, if I choose to schedule an appointment with this person, those 3 appointments DO NOT show up as BUSY time in free/busy calendar display. The space is completely blank, BUT if you hover over one of the time periods (e.g. 2pm-3pm) a popup box appears with the appoinment information. I have verified (about 5 times now) that the appoinments are set to display as busy time...
I have tried viewing the free/busy from other systems and have gotten the same results at each one...
Anyone have any ideas on this one?
Thanks!
