Recurring advance reminders

I work in tax deferred exchanges and require follow-up w/clients at certain
periods during their transaction. At the 45th date following the close of the
Relinquished Property, a letter of identification must be received for
potential Replacement Property. I am trying to set up specific reminders on
the 30th/40th/44th & 45th dates. As the exchange period expires, I would also
like to set reminders on the 150th/180th date. Currently working with Outlook
2002. Task reminders are of little use since their recurrence patterns are
not specific and without having to set up 6 separate tasks for each reminder.

Use Outlook's natural language option. Open a new appointment and for the
start date, erase the date and put in 45d and tab out - do the same for the
end date. You now have the date 45 days from now. Set up the rest of your
appointments the same way.
