Recurrence Question: "Second Tuesday" type recurrence pattern in Outlook

You don't say what version. In Outlook 2003, on the "Recurrence" tab of an
event, if you select "monthly", there is an option to do what you want....

But the monthly option doesn't work in some cases.

I have a problem that I would like to do a monthly schedule like 2nd
work day, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6 th ... 20th work day and so on.

The pattern only allow 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and last?!?!?

Do you know any solution? It is Outlook 2003
