I have a user who has about 100 contacts in a distribution list he created.
He accidentally deleted the list. Is there a quick way to recreate the
distribution list without having to go and select the 100+ names that were
associated with it. He has all the names in an email. Is there a way to
copy the email addresses that are in the list and somehow create the list?

Thanks

If he hasn't emptied his Deleted Items folder, it should be in there. He can
simply drag it back to the Contacts folder.

Even if your user managed to re-create the D/L, there are far better ways of
doing this than using a D/L. If your version of Outlook supports Categories,
that is a much better way than using a D/L, particularly such a large one.
