recreate users in 2000 server with exchange mailbox problems

My user have a loop in his mailbox for an incorrect name..
My domain admin suggest to delete and re-create user in
AD and his mailbox.
I have two DC.
I've re-create account and mailbox on server that contain
also exchange server.
Now my user can't join the domain..and i've seen that in
the second DC does not replicate AD status.
What can i do?
