My computer was recently attacked by the Blaster worm. In
attempting to remove the virus, we made modifications to
the Registry. Because I had Win 2000 installed on both my
C Drive and D Drive, my system boots and can read all
files on my D Drive. However, when attempting to access
my C Drive, I get the message, "C Drive is not formatted."
I ran a disk recovery utility, which recovered C Drive
directories, but very few files.
Is this problem likely to be due to changes in the
Registry? Is there any likely solution to this problem?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
