I am running out of disk space. I have deleted some very
large documents and removed some of the applications that
I was running but I don't seem to be getting much of my
disk space back. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Melanie

Right click on the Recyle Bin Icon on the Desktop and select Empty
Recycle Bin.

I have done that already. I have even tried the 'Disk
Cleanup' but I don't seem to get any space back.

Also right click on the Internet Explorer icon, select Properties and
delete the temporary Internet files and clear the link history folder
and then defragment all of your hard drives.

A good prog that I have used over the years is Easy Cleaner by Toni Arts.
There is an updated version for win 2k.
Is is a registry cleaner, which may help speed up the machine somewhat, but
it also contains a useful disk cleaning section, and also has a pie chart
section showing disk usage.

Over the years I have used it many times. I ALWAYS back up the registry
using regedit first before using the Registry cleaner function but, have
never had any problems with it

Try it, it is free http://www.toniarts.com/ecleane.htm
