Recovering Recycle Bin after Norton's Protected

I had Norton's SystemWorks 2003 installed and recently
removed it. When I did the recycle bin changed. Now I
only have the icon on the desktop and when I click it
nothing happens or it seems to be looking for it.
I've already tried Microsoft's KB's tips, nothing works.
HOW CAN I GET MY RECYCLE BIN BACK!

deleate the icon,hopefully,look for remove recycle bin

reboot go back to http://www.kellys-korner-
xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm find restore recycle bin,should help
you out.
