Recovering Project Files

Papa John,
I opened up one of my projects to see how well other
songs went with it. I then proceeded to clear the
timeline and make a new video with a song I liked, but
saved over the old project by accident. Is there any way
to restore the old project file? Is it backed up with
collections and could I extract it out??? PLEASE HELP!!!
 
Unfortunately, the only backup of a project file (MSWMM) is the one you
make. There's no automatic one by Movie Maker.

If you know you wrote over it, then it's gone.
