Recovering Deleted Items?

I set my Outlook to clear Deleted Items after I close the
Outlook.... While trying to restart the computer after
installing the newest virus definition, I accidentally
deleted all of my emails from the Deleted Items. For
some reason my Outlook sends ALL of my emails to the
Deleted Items and I have to pick important ones from
there, and now it's gone I can't get it back.

I've tried to look for the option "Recover Deleted Items"
when I'm in the Deleted Items folder, following the
instruction of:
http://www.bumc.bu.edu/Departments/PageMain.asp?
DepartmentID=308&Page=4362 but I cannot find
the "Recover Deleted Items" option at all. I don't know
if I'm on Microsoft Exchange. Can someone please help!!!

can obtain to look for the files.
