Recovering Deleted Files (non-quarantined)

Hello, I realize this is a long shot, but does anyone
know if deleted files from Micrsoft's AntiSpyware program
are recoverable in any way?

I (or anyone) can use commercial Forensics software to do
that for you if all else fails.
