You can't recover sent mail in Outlook Express. Only Outlook and only if
you are using Exchange and the mail was sent internal to your organization
and the person has not opened the mail and....
In other words, it is unreliable, does not exist in Outlook Express, and you
need to take time before sending mail to decide if you really want to send
it.

If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups). The links under the newsgroup
references are for use with MS's web newsreader (not exactly the best way to
post but it works for some people)
