recovering address book and folders in outlook 2000

My outlook 2000 crashed today. I have it back running but I lost my contacts
in the address book and all my folders. Can this be recovered???

Search your hard drive for any files whose extension is ".pst" (including
searching for hidden files and folders, if using Windows 2000 or XP). Open
any PSTs you find in Outlook with File>Open>Personal Folders File and one of
them should contain your data. Make that PST your delivery location. Just
how depends on whether OL 2000 is in Internet Mail Only or
Corporate/Workgroup mode. Help>About will tell you.
