Recovering a Lost Word Document

I was typing a long Word document (unsaved, of course), and I hit a key and
the whole document disappeared, and I'm back at the desktop.
On my taskbar is Microsoft Word, and when I click it, it is just the last 4
words I typed. How do I recover the rest of the document? Thank you.

Press Ctrl-Z (several times if necessary) to undo whatever zapped the
document content.
