"Recover Deleted Items Folder"

I am using Outlook 2007. Some messages coming into "Inbox" go directly to
"Recover deleted items" folder. They are not in the Deleted folder either,
only the "recover deleted items" folder. I discovered this accidently when I
was not receiving certain emails from clients and started clicking on all
folders to see if I could find them.

Do you have any rules configured to delete items upon receipt?
