I deleted my internet history and really need to recover it......what can I
do? I would also like to know how to find out a date and time a website was
visited. (If the cookies and temp files were also deleted).

Sorry, too late. You could contact a professional data recovery firm,
one specializing in computer forensics. My preference is Drive Savers
(www.drivesavers.com) but there are others. If it is crucial you
recover this data, stop using the computer immediately and contact
someone like DS. BTW, the cost will be considerable but only you know
why you need this data.
