recover deleted email messages

You cannot unless you have a great deal of money to pay for such a recovery and then it might not even work

Thank you for responding to my question. I appreciated the fact that you
took time to do this. I believe you are correct. However, I was not
specific in my details of the problem. I have learned that if you use
Microsoft Exchange Server you can recover the deleted files. And, I have
done that. However, I use Comcast and they don't seem to use Microsoft
Exchange Server so once you delete an email it is gone.

In general, this is correct. You should treat permanently deleted items as
exactly that: unrecoverable. That said, there's some hope of recovery if
you're daring. See this:
