I am printing a report with an embedded subform with each record separated by
a line. Any record that does not have sufficiene space for printing at end
of the page is repeated in full on the next page. So I may have 2 lines of a
record at the bottom of the page followed by the same two lines and the
remaining text of that record on the next page. Records that are printed
completely at the bottom of the page are not reprinted on the following page.

I played around with the sorting and grouping commands and also with the
single forms and continuous forms view, but can not solve this.

Thanks.

Brian,
Do you mean you are printing a report with an embedded subreport?

Brian,

Ok maybe I misunderstood you before. So bear with me because I am a bit
confused.

You are trying to print a report that has a subFORM in it.
What part of the report do you have your FORM in? (Ex. Detail, Page footer,
Report footer etc?.)

Why do you need to print a FORM in a report?
