Records not showing if no subreport

I have a main report which has 2 subreports. If there is no data in the
subreport the record doesn't show on the main report. How can I get the
records to show on the main report even if there is no data to be shown on
the subreports?

Tony, I'm guessing that the main report is bound to a query that includes
the subreport's table as well? If so, you will find that if you open the
query directly, the main records are absent from the query where they have
no related record.

If that is so, open the query in design view. Double-click the line joining
the 2 tables. Access gives you 3 options. Choose the one that says:
All records from {main table}, and any matches from ...
