Records Merging despite Forced Page

How do I stop two Employee records that share the same sir name from merging
onto the same page despite the forced page break?
 
Either have them change their names or possibly create page breaks on a
combination of the sir name plus a primary key field.
 
Not sure how to create a page break on a combination. I am currently using
the "Force New Page" property on the form.
 
Do you mean on a report? What are your grouping fields as well as other
fields in your report's record source?

Describe in detail the data you have, how its organized in tables/queries,
how you have organized your report, and what you are trying to do... you
have given us almost no information for anyone here to be able to help you.
