Records aren't editable in Data Access Page

I have a DAP with a query data source which won't allow editing/saving the
records back to the db. The DAP has 2 grouping levels (similar to Northwind
Review Orders DAP). When I attempt to change the
"AllowAdditions/Edits/Deletions" properties of the upper group levels the
following error is raised:
"You cannot add, edit or delete records from a group level that has grouped
fields"

I'm not exactly sure what a grouped field is.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Cat,

Do your tables include primary key fields? Are these fields included in the
query? Is the query editable?
