Hello, I want to record through both the line in and the
microphone input devices simlultaneously. The recording
device manager only allows one input at a time to be
checked. Can anybody tell me of a way to do this ??

You may need multitrack recording software. You can try Audacity, but I'm not
really sure if it will do it. http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
Other than that, N-Track Studio is a great piece of software that is near
professional quality. http://www.ntrack.com/
